Criticism is part of everyday life, whether good or bad. Criticism involves two parties; the critciser and the person receiving criticism. Simply put, criticism can be harmful or beneficial depending on a range of factors. We encourage the correct approach from both parties to encourage healthy positive criticism and application.

I think that there are many aspects that we can improve to help deliver effective criticism, and to act accordingly to the criticism given.
